The CABANE IØ is the typical oyster-farming hut of the Ile d’Oléron, a perfect balance between traditional camping, comfort and authenticity. Ideal for all seasons, fully insulated, heated and built with ecological materials by local suppliers, it is specially designed to accommodate 2 people with a baby or child under 7.
This charming cabin is meticulously furnished in rough-hewn wood, offering the comfort of a studette with a sleeping area and kitchenette. It’s perfect for people passing through by bike or motorcycle for a night or a short stay, whether you’re on your own, with friends or lovers, or with your family.

Ideal for 1 night or short stays, they each accommodate 2 people. Les Ma Kev’illo is a subtle blend of wood and canvas, specifically chosen for starlit nights and waking up to the NATURE of the Ile d’Oléron.
Set up on 2 side-by-side pitches separated by a hedge and the cooking area and dry toilet area, you can rent ONE or TWO Ma Kev’illo ;
one on stilts, one on the ground or both, Ma Kev’illo will satisfy your adventurous desires while respecting your comfort with “real” mattresses and integrated LED lights. Enough to recharge your batteries and those of your cell phone.
The plus: you can set up an extra tent on the Ma Kev’illo stilt pitch, and still have room for your 2/4-wheelers.
